example, when editing a customer record - select Open TDF from the
Ultimate AppendIT menu.
Also works with vendors, bills, POs, jobs, invoices, sales orders, estimates, employees, other names, and inventory items. |

Click on "Open TDF" and a Windows folder
opens. It is linked to the customer in this example. Ultimate AppendIT
automatically creates, organizes, and names the folders.
There's no limit to what AppendIT can link to QuickBooks.
All this without the complexity of a database system to maintain.
